Did you know there’s a difference between reaching Did you know there’s a difference between reaching for ice and reaching for heat????

It’s one of those things we’ve all heard different advice about but using the right one at the right time can help you manage pain, swelling and stiffness more effectively.

As a general rule:
🧊 Fresh + swollen? Ice may help manage pain and swelling.
🔥 Stiff + tight? Heat may help loosen things up and make movement more comfortable.

But remember, ice and heat are symptom management tools, not treatments for the underlying injury.

Want to know when you should use each one, how long for and what mistakes to avoid?👀

We’ve covered it all in our latest blog! Ice vs Heat: What Should You Actually Use?

And that’s a wrap on “The Pelvic Floor Journey: Wh And that’s a wrap on “The Pelvic Floor Journey: What Every Woman Should Know” for 2026!

Over the past two weeks, our amazing Women’s Health Physios, Anouska and Martina, presented two special events with one big goal: to empower women to better understand the changes our bodies go through throughout our lifetime, particularly when it comes to our pelvic health.

A huge part of the conversation was about breaking the taboo around pelvic health and dysfunction.

Because leaking, pelvic pain, prolapse, changes after having children, menopause and everything in between shouldn’t be things we feel embarrassed to talk about.

And judging by the conversations, questions and stories shared on both nights, we think we definitely started some important conversations. 🫶

A massive thank you to everyone who came along, asked questions, shared their experiences and helped us create a space where these topics could be talked about openly.

Missed out this time? Don’t worry!

We already have our next Pelvic Floor information night in the pipelines for later this year… and we can’t wait to continue the conversation!

Keep an eye out for the details.
