Pelvic pain is more common than most people realise and it’s not something you just have to live with.⁠

It can affect both women and men, yet many people delay seeking help for months or even years due to embarrassment or not realising treatment options exist.⁠

Estimates suggest up to 1 in 4 women and 1 in 10 men will experience pelvic pain at some stage of their lives!!!⁠

Pelvic pain can look like:⁠
• Pain in the lower abdomen, pelvis, hips or lower back⁠
• Pain with exercise, sitting, or movement⁠
• Discomfort during or after intimacy⁠
• Bladder or bowel changes⁠
• A feeling of pressure, heaviness or “something not quite right”⁠
