Our Services
Continence
Our physiotherapists help you along your journey to recovery by identifying contributing factors to your presenting problem, then provide an evidence based and tailored treatment program.
Antenatal and Postnatal Assessments
During pregnancy and after giving birth our bodies go through a lot of hormonal and musculoskeletal changes. At this exciting time in your life, your body may experience new areas of pain or a number of other symptoms. We are here to help you through that.
Breastfeeding and Mastitis
Breastfeeding can be a very challenging time in motherhood, especially when you have mastitis. We provide advice, and therapeutic ultrasound techniques to treat blocked ducts and mastitis.
Pelvic Pain
There are a number of pain conditions that affect the pelvis and can lead to painful sex, constipation and much more. We provide a diagnosis and education to help you understand your condition while we work with you to get you back to pain-free living.
What does a Women’s Health Assessment look like?
The symptoms of women’s health conditions are complex and unique in each patient and as a result are often undiagnosed for a long time. Our physios use a variety of treatments and assessments to create a well rounded diagnosis for your condition. Though we have many ways to treat and assess, there is one that makes many women nervous – the internal assessment. At Invigorate, we move at your pace and continue to work with you until you are comfortable and confident.
