Here we have Nush completing an internal jaw release, specifically she is releasing the pterygoid muscle. One of this muscles jobs is to move the jaw side to side. This action is commonly seen when you clench, especially over night. ⁠

When you clench, this muscle can become overactive and cause pain! So just like any other muscle, we release it. It is just a little more close and personal. 😅 ⁠
