Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation and strengthening is a huge part of the recovery process.

We offer rehabilitation in two ways:

  1. Personalised Rehab Program: a detailed strength assessment is completed and an individual program is constructed and followed to provide results.
  2. One-on-one Rehabilitation: after completing a strength assessment you spend 30 minutes with our physiotherapists completing a rehab “workout” in the gym.
