Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation is a huge part of the recovery process. It is what separates those who recover from injury and those who don’t. In our experience (which is also backed up by research), those who work on strength and mobility post-injury will recover much better and faster than those who keep jumping on the treatment table.
To support you, we offer rehabilitation in two ways:
- Personalised Rehab Program: a detailed strength assessment is completed and an individual program is constructed and followed to provide results.
- One-on-one Rehabilitation: after completing a strength assessment you spend 30 minutes with our physiotherapists completing a rehab “workout” in the gym.
