Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
At Invigorate, you have 30 days to return your items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund items must be returned:
- Within 30 days from date of purchase;
- In their original/saleable condition;
- With proof of purchase;
- In the original packaging – sealed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned unless damaged or defective.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift Vouchers
- Metagenics
- Downloadable products
- Some health and personal care items such as toe spreaders and pillows.
To complete your return, we require a refund or exchange request emailed to admin@invigoratehealth.com.au, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or credits are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- No proof of purchase.
Refunds
To return your product for a refund, email us at admin@invigoratehealth.com.au requesting a refund. Please include your proof of purchase. We value your feedback on why the product is being returned and how we can improve.
To return, product can be mailed or delivered to: 3/60 Bowral Road, Mittagong, NSW, 2575.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any shipping costs incurred returning your product are undertaken at your own expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@invigoratehealth.com.au
Exchanges
In cases where items are defective or damaged we will replace that item.
Send us an email at admin@invigoratehealth.com.au citing your order number and the issue you are experiencing, with pictures, and send your item to: 3/60 Bowral Road, Mittagong NSW 2575
In cases of change of mind:
Send us an email at admin@invigoratehealth.com.au citing your order number and the item you wish to exchange for.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please ensure you take pictures of the condition of your product before shipping. Return items need to be shipped with adequate packaging to avoid damage.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
