Epsom salt is made up of magnesium and sulphate. Magnesium is known to increase relaxation, reduce inflammation and aid in muscular and nerve function. The sulphate in Epsom salt helps with recovery and detoxification. When placed in warm water, the Epsom Salt dissolves and is absorbed by the skin directly to the source of pain.

Directions: Add approximately 1-2 cups to your bath – increase the dosage for a more intensive treatment or pair this with our Magnesium Soak. Lie back and relax for at least 20 minutes. Make sure you drink plenty of water after your bath.
