Late Notice Policy
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointments needing to be cancelled or rescheduled. The full service fee will be applied for appointments cancelled, rescheduled or not attended with less than 24 hours notice.
At Invigorate Health and Performance, we love nothing more than helping patients reach their goals and making a difference in their lives.
When you attend your initial appointment, you become one of the team:
- We work with you to set the goals you want to achieve and create a recovery plan for you.
- Our practitioners review their patient schedule in advance so they can pre-plan your session. This is one of the ways we ensure that we are always moving towards your ideal outcome and respecting your time.
- We keep your progress on track by pre-booking your appointments together at a time that suits you best.
However, we understand that plans change and there may be times that you will need to reschedule your appointment. We ask that if you can no longer attend at the agreed time, that you provide a minimum 24 hours notice.
Appointments that are not attended or cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge at the full cost of the service fee.
Please note: Sometimes life can be unpredictable and we will always use discretion and compassion in extenuating circumstances.
