FOS Receptionist Position

Invigorate is looking for its next member of our Patient Support Team.

What does being part of a Patient Support Team mean? (Great question!)

It means we are looking for a person who is keen to help us make a difference to our patients lives. This is not only supporting our patients with any queries and support they need, but also working alongside our amazing practitioners to deliver results by assisting with a number of administrative roles in the patient care process.

Our purpose is to constantly evolve the level of care provided in our clinics and produce a positive impact on both patients and practitioners. At Invigorate, you are not just a number. Neither are our patients. We want you to achieve the best results both professionally and personally, while helping our clients tick off their goals.

Right now, our clinic is expanding and you could just be the bright, bubbly and motivated individual we are looking for. So if you are interested in joining us either part-time or full-time, make sure you check out the rest of what we have to offer before you apply.

What do we need?

Firstly, we need someone with a passion for helping people. You don’t need any experience, although if you did have some that would be handy. Your role with us will include;

  • Providing a top-level customer service interaction for our clients
  • Answering incoming calls and making bookings
  • Assisting with social media and marketing processes
  • Data entry and scanning of documents
  • Maintaining a clean clinic environment for clients and staff
  • Stocktake and product management
  • Schedule management

Why Invigorate?

Truly, we could go on about this forever. We have a close knit team with an exceptional culture, a laugh is never far away and the support we have for each other personally and professionally is tangible. Our team are constantly striving to improve our clients lives for the better, this is focused around improving themselves.

We will provide you with full training and support. As a new team member, you will go through a 4 week training course to make sure you are fully confident in your role. We have processes that provide you with daily, weekly and quarterly support to make sure you reach your goals and deliver our promise to our patients.

If you are interested in joining our team we would love to hear from you.
