What Does a Patient Support Team Member Do?

This means supporting our patients with any queries or assistance they need while working closely with our incredible practitioners to ensure outstanding patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and being the first point of contact for clients.
• Answering incoming calls, managing bookings, and providing support to patients.
• Assisting with social media and marketing tasks.
• Managing data entry, scanning, and other administrative duties.
• Keeping the clinic environment clean and welcoming.
• Conducting stocktakes and managing product inventory.
• Overseeing schedule management and ensuring smooth operations.
