At Invigorate Health & Performance, we’re expanding our team and searching for a dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our passionate and supportive crew. You’ll take on an existing caseload while generating new leads, helping patients achieve their health and rehabilitation goals. From private patients to WorkCover and beyond, your role will be vital in creating life-changing results for our community.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology with ESSA accreditation.
- A compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Current NSW driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Interest in Clinical Pilates or Women’s Health (preferred but not essential).
Your Role Includes:
- Case management across diverse schemes including workers’ compensation and private patients.
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans.
- Administering exercise therapy to support patient recovery and goals.
- Running group classes like falls prevention to enhance client quality of life.
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide top-notch care.
- Staying up-to-date with research and clinical advancements.
